Why work with me?
My coaching mission is to make 30 years of experience available and useful to you. Bringing that to life draws on three things that I pride myself on.
Range: I’ve worked across Big Tech, Private Equity, and Scale Up and traditional Corporates, in Media, Financial Services and Ed Tech. I’ve experienced different cultures, different commercial mind sets and multiple waves of innovation and and transformation. As a coach I’ve broadened my horizons further working across Fintech, B2B Ecommerce and AI startups.
Humility: I’ve got things wrong, and I’ve suffered set backs. But, I’ve learned from them, and realised the things I could have done differently. It helps me coach through a prism of some painful lessons learned. In other words: I’ve made mistakes, so you don’t have to (or if you do, you don’t have to feel bad about them!)
Relevance: Technology doesn’t stand still, and nor can anyone who works (or coaches) in it. I'm fascinated by what AI means for product teams: both what it changes and what it doesn't. In the background, I’m busy building up my own skills (and using AI to help me as a coach). That keeps my coaching current rather than just drawing on the past.
